Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received them, including all original packaging, hardware, manuals, and accessories. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

To start a return, please contact us at info@maxxeddieseldirect.com with your order number and reason for the return request.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping information. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that certain items may not qualify for return, including special order parts, custom or personalized products, tune files, electronic components, and other vehicle-specific items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain automotive parts and products may not qualify for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, special order items, custom or personalized products, tune files, electronic components, installed or used parts, and other vehicle-specific items.

For safety and quality control reasons, we also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, oils, fluids, gases, or other regulated products.

Any item that has been installed, modified, damaged, or is not in original packaging may be denied for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
